• Orient Montreal Drug Store employs (4) teams, highly qualified of pharmacists Medical Representatives, supervised by Marketing Manager who is highly qualified and experienced.
• The pediatrician team has (6) medical Representative pharmacists and one supervisor, they visit private pediatricians’ clinics, childhood & maternity centers, and prematurity sections in private and government hospitals.
• Team of gynecologists has (8) medical representatives, and one supervisor. This team is considered the largest, as they cover more than 1,000 private gynecology clinics, and maternity centers in government and private hospitals.
• Psychiatrists team This team was established at the beginning of 2018 and achieved great success, and Orient Montreal Drug Store occupies the second place in CNS sales in the Kingdom. This team has (6) medical representatives, and one qualified supervisor with 15 years of experience in the field of CNS products.
• General Practice and dentist team -this team is considered the oldest one, as it has (5) medical representatives and one supervisor who visits general practice and dental clinics.
• Orient Montreal Drug Store employs (2) highly qualified and experienced pharmacists as (Product Manager) who provide support and scientific training to the medical representatives teams and provide them with the latest medical research.
Sales
• (8) qualified, trained and experienced sales representatives, and a one supervisor. Our representatives visit 2500 pharmacies and 60 government hospitals using the best electronic sales programs for speed and accuracy in work.
• (3) qualified, trained and specialized telephone sales employees, and follow-up online orders.
• Orient Montreal Drug Store employs (2) Merchandise coordinators to follow up pharmacies while ensuring the OTC products are perfectly merchandise and visible.
Storage and preparation
• 13,000 m2 land area, 3000m2 our main warehouses are located in Sahab city. Warehouses are equipped, Storage& temperature conditions are monitored and are prepared according to JFDA standards.
• Highly organized warehouse with 500 m2 in the headquarter of Orient Montreal Drug Store in Amman with separate areas for incoming goods, quarantine items, items of government Tenders, promotional materials and goods ready for dispatch.
• (6) trained and qualified employees prepare orders daily using the best electronic program for stock management, which ensures speed and accuracy in preparing orders.
Distribution
• 7 refrigerated and calibrated vans, licensed by JFDA for transport of goods to 2500 pharmacies, 60 hospitals to cover the whole kingdom.
